Wellness Together Canada provides tools and resources to help Canadians get back on track.  This includes a number of self-guided courses and apps.  Their programs and resources are offered at NO COST to Canadians. Click on their logo to be taken to their portal home page. 

Below is a listing of on-demand programs, classes and live webinars on mental health. Most of this content is meant for the public at large, however please take the time to read all provided information as some offerings may be tailored to specific groups or demographics (health care providers, entrepreneurs, parents etc...).

On Demand Classes and Workshops

Mental Health and Resilience During COVID-19. A FREE one hour workshop by the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute. 

This webinar will explore the key factors for understanding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Viewers will receive concrete guidance for building resilience and staying emotionally and mentally healthy during this stressful time, including insights for supporting children. 

Managing Stress and Anxiety. Five FREE sessions to combat stress, anxiety and worry during the COVID-19 crisis. 

Live Online Events - Multiple Times/Dates

Caring for Yourself - Crisis response virtual training for essential workers. Developed by the the Mental Health Commission of Canada, this FREE two hour course will introduce participants to the Mental Health Continuum and the Big 4 Coping Strategies, to help learn how to better understand their own mental wellness, notice if they might be moving into unwell areas, use practical actions to help with stress, and know when to reach out to get professional help.
